A time for us to get to know you. Getting an idea of your needs, budget, timeline, and vision helps give us direction. 

By now we've created a plan based on what we learned in our introductory session. The designers and architects will be introduced to develop initial drawings. Through some refinements the drawings will become detailed blueprints that we will acquire permits for. 

We provide a thorough cost breakdown for your project, as well as an informal proposal which outlines scheduling and terms. 

Our terms have been agreed upon and we sign an agreement that outlines budget, timeline, scope of the project, among other terms.  

A time used for selection of materials/finishes, lot clearing, and any other pre-construction tasks required for your project. 

Build effectively and precisely to the specifications provided by the architect.

1. Installation of essential trades groundwork to create a condition work space as early in the timeline as possible.  

2. Exterior (roofing, windows, flashing, siding) and interior (drywall, flooring, cabinetry) completion 

3. Manage the project throughout to ensure a clean/safe job site, work that meets the Ontario building code, and craftsmanship that exceeds expectations.  

Work with our designers to add a personal touch to your new custom build. 

Walk through the finished thing with our team. We want to ensure you're satisfied on every front so please inform us of any obstacles that may present themselves so we can work diligently to overcome them. 

Our team offers service on any issues that may arise long after you move in. All our builds come standard with numerous different warranties including: 

1 year craftsmanship warranty
